Western Auto was a large chain of American automotive parts suppliers. The company sponsored Darrell Waltrip's owner-driver effort, Dar-Wal Inc, between 1991 and 1997. Western Auto was sold off to the Advance Auto Parts company in 1998, and the brand was soon discontinued.
