Terry Fisher, born May 24, 1962 is a former NASCAR driver from Sandy, OR. Fisher competed in four Nextel Cup events, coming with a best finish of 15th at Infineon in 1990. After Cup, Fisher moved onto the CTS, where Fisher made five starts, with a best finish of 20th at Texas in 1999. Fisher last raced in 2001. Stats
