Cup SeriesEdit

Woodside's lone Nextel Cup Series start came in 1997, when he raced at Sonoma. Starting 43rd in the field of forty-four, Woodside fell just five laps down in his rookie race and wound up finishing 33rd.

Craftsman TrucksEdit

Both of Woodside's CTS races would then come in 2000, when he debuted at Phoenix, driving for Brevak Racing. Starting 26th in the field of thirty-six, Woodside had a mid-race ignition issue and struggled to a 30th place finish. He didn't fare too much better when he and the Brevak team showed up at Mesa Marin, crashing to 24th.

Busch SeriesEdit

Woodside's final major NASCAR start and his lone Busch Series start came in 2001, competing at California for Brewco Motorsports. Unfortunately, it was a start-and-park deal for Woodside, starting 42nd and fulling out after twelve laps to finish 40th.
