Rick Fuller is a former NASCAR driver from Auburn, MA. He is the brother of Jeff Fuller and a former champion on the Whelen Modified Tour in 1992. He also competed in four Nationwide Series events in his career, which ended in 2008 after retiring from Modified Tour competition.

Fuller's Busch debut came in 1997, when he competed at Milwaukee for Taylor Motorsports. Starting 23rd in the field of forty, Fuller completed all but two laps in route to a solid 22nd place finish that would prove to be his career best. He also competed for the team at ORP, crashing to a 38th place finish.

Fuller also competed for the Taylor team in the 1998 season opener at Daytona. Starting 35th in the field, Fuller's team lost the draft and struggled to a 25th place finish, three laps down.

Fuller's final race came in 1999, when he competed for Team Rensi Motorsports at Nazareth. Starting 40th in the field of forty-four, Fuller lost just two laps down in the race and wound up with a mid-pack 26th place finish.
