Keith Hamner (April 30, 1923 - August 17, 2002) was a NASCAR driver from Elkins, WV. He competed in three Sprint Cup Series events in his career, earning one top-ten.

Hamner debuted 1952, racing in the Southern 500 at Darlington. Starting 41st in the field, Hamner completed all but twenty-five laps in route to a solid 18th place effort.

His other two events came in 1953, when Hamner started the year off at Daytona Beach. Starting 28th in the field, Hamner fell some six laps down and finished 29th. He atoned for that in his next race, finishing a career-best 10th at Spring Lake.
