Joe Millikan (April 30, 1950 - ) is a former NASCAR driver from Randleman, NC. He has competed in 80 Sprint Cup Series events in his career, spanning from 1974 to 1986. Millikan had a solid career, earning thirty-eight top-tens and one pole. He finished 6th in the 1979 points, the same year he earned a career best 2nd place finish at Rockingham. He also competed in five Nationwide Series events in his career, earning a best finish of 8th. In January 2007, Millikan was brought back up to national attention when he was injured in a Roush Racing hauler incident.
