Joeseph Jackson Gibbs (born Noveber 25,1940 in Mocksville, North Carolina) is a NASCAR Sprint Cup team owner of Joe Gibbs Racing, Pro Football Hall of Famer and head coach of he NFL Washinton Redskins. He started the team in 1991, winning 3 championships, 2000 2002 and 2005.
