Joeseph Jackson Gibbs (born Noveber 25,1940 in Mocksville, North Carolina) is an American NASCAR team owner of Joe Gibbs Racing who competes in the Sprint Cup Series, and Nationwide Series. Gibbs is a former Pro Football Hall of Famer and head coach of he NFL Washinton Redskins. He started the team in 1991, winning 3 championships, 2000 2002 and 2005.
