Joe Dean Huss (March 8, 1937 ) is a former NASCAR driver from Roanoke Rapids, NC. He competed in three Sprint Cup Series events in his career.

All of those races came in 1971, when Huss debuted at Ona. Starting 7th in the field, Huss drove to a solid 15th place effort which be typical of his season. He also recorded mid-pack finishes of 16th at Macon and a career-best 14th at N. Wilkesboro in his final race.
