Billy Kann, born February 4, 1962 in Tempe, AZ, is a former NASCAR driver. In his brief career, Kann competed in three Craftsman Truck Series events.
All three came in 2000, when Kann drove a family owned #13 truck sponsored by Interstate Batteries. Kann debut at Pikes Peak, starting the event in 34th. Despite being thirty-two laps down, Kann completed the event in 29th place. Electrical problems would sideline Kann to 32nd at Texas before earning a career-best 25th at Milwaukee.
