Billy Boat, born February 2, 1966 is an IRL driver from Phoenix, AR. He is a one-time champion of that series and has competed in one Nationwide Series event. That came in 2003, when Boat drove for Braun Racing. Starting 32nd in the race and Boat kept the car in the race, finishing three laps down. That was good enough for 29th in the event. Stats
