The 2006 Wheeler Bros 100 was a Whelen Modified Tour event held at Jennerstown Speedway on June 17, 2006. Ted Christopher grabbed his first victory of the year, holding off Tony Hirschman. Eventual season champ Mike Stefanik was 11th.

Tony Hirschman won the pole for the race, but following the post-qualifying redraw, Hirschman was shuffled back to 6th. Ed Flemke, Jr. would instead start out front with eventual winner Ted Christopher starting 9th.
