The 2006 New England Dodge Dealers 100 was a Whelen Modified Tour event held at Thompson International Speedway on June 29, 2006. Todd Szegedy captured his first victory of the year, holding off Ed Flemke, Jr. Eventual season champ Mike Stefanik was 6th.

Jimmy Blewett won the pole, but during the post-qualifying redraw, was shuffled back to fifth. James Civali would start on the pole instead with eventual race winner Todd Szegedy having to come from 8th. Eventual season champ Stefanik would start 11th.
