The 2006 NE Dodge Dealers/Budweiser 150 was a Whelen Modified Tour event held at Thompson International Speedway on August 17, 2006. Ted Christopher claimed his third and final victory of the year, holding off the efforts of Tony Hirschman. Eventual season champ Mike Stefanik was 6th.

Tony Hirschman won the pole for the race and would actually remain in the top spot instead of getting shuffling around by the post-qualifying redraw. Donny Lia would start on the outside pole with eventual season champ Mike Stefanik starting 4th. Eventual race winner Ted Christopher would be the biggest mover during the race, having to come to the front from the 20th place on the grid.
