The Race::2001 Sunoco 150 was a Featherlite Modified Series (now Whelen Modified Tour) event held at Track::Holland International Speedway on July 28, 2001. Ed Flemke, Jr. won his first race of the year, holding off Ted Christopher. Eventual season champ Mike Stefanik had a rough race, finishing in 21st.

Ed Flemke, Jr. won the pole for the race, but would have to start 5th in order to make his way back up front and to Victory Lane. Jerry Marquis would instead start first, but Dave Berghman, who would start on the outside pole, led the first lap.
