The 2001 Sam's Town 250 was a Busch Series event held at Memphis Motorsports Park on October 13, 2001. Jay Sauter tried valiantly to block the advances of Randy LaJoie, but LaJoie bumped Sauter out of the way late and LaJoie won his final series event.
