2000 Goody's Body Pain 200
From The Third Turn, a Wikia wiki
The 2000 Goody's Body Pain 200 was a Featherlite Modified Series (now Whelen Modified Tour) event held at Martinsville Speedway on September 30, 2000. Reggie Ruggiero continued to make the championship battle interesting, as he passed a crashed Ted Christopher on the last lap and recorded his second and final 2000 victory. The bad news for Ruggiero was Jerry Marquis' second place finish. Marquis would maintain an eight-point championship lead heading into the season finale. Rick Fuller (4th) in the race, also maintained an outside shot for the championship, some 88 markers back.
[edit] Qualifying
Rick Fuller won the pole for the race and would start up front, with Tommy Cravenho, Jr. starting to his outside. Eventual race winner Reggie Ruggiero would line up third on the grid.
