The 1988 Inland Empire 100 was a Southwest Tour event held at Orange Show Speedway on September 4, 1988. Mike Chase won his second race of the season while eventual season champ Roman Calczynski showed 7th. Larry Lord led the first 74 laps but was eliminated when Chase spun him, tearing out Lord's fuel cell.
