The 1988 7-Up 100 was a Southwest Tour event held at Cajon Speedway on October 1, 1988. Troy Beebe won his third and final race of the year to close within two points of championship leader Roman Calczynski, who finished right behind him.

Troy Beebe of Modesto won the NASCAR 7-Up 100 stock car race and closed within two points of the Southwest Tour championship lead in El Cajon.
Beebe, who won earlier this season on the three-eighths mile paved Cajon Speedway, took the lead of the 37.5-mile race on the 56th of 100 laps. Beebe, 26, edged Roman Calczynski of Sepulveda by a little more than a half-second.
