The 1985 Budweiser 150 was a Winston Modified Tour (now know as Whelen Modified Tour) event held at New Egypt Speedway on June 25, 1985. Jimmy Spencer captured his first series victory, holding off George Kent as the laps wound down. Kent led the first 116 laps with Spencer leading the rest of the way. Tony Siscone took the pole for the race but after the invert would start 6th and never challenge in the race. Meanwhile, eventual season champ Richie Evans was sixth.
